Welcome to the Online Learning Campus Support Center
We are excited to introduce a new support ticket system to streamline support requests and better serve you. Here’s how it works:
- Click on the “Open New Ticket” button – this opens an online form
- Make sure your name and email address display properly in their respective fields
- Select a help topic from the drop down list
- Input a subject line
- Input a message in the Message field
- Click on “Submit Ticket”
You will receive an email with the text of your ticket and a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. Please be sure to save this email or write down the ticket number for your records so you can track your support request through to resolution. To check the ticket status, simply input your email address (the one we have on file for you within the OLC) and the ticket number then click on “Check Status.” Please make sure that you are able to receive emails from the extensiondlc.net domain. If you are unsure how to do this, please contact your ISP, or customer support for your email client.
